In a sea of consultants...why me?
Let's be honest: I would absolutely love it if every pitch I made was met with a resounding, "Sign me up!" Or if I had a waiting list months deep just to get a few hours of my time. I want to be the partner chosen amongst all the options and put on a pedestal as the one and true answer to all their digital transformation problems, worries, and woe.
But none of that is true, and it probably will never happen. The truth is, I am not for everyone. I can't solve every problem you have with your business.
I don't have a patented 8-step process to a pain-free digital transformation.
I don't tout a specific framework that will solve all of your problems.
I don't subscribe to a single philosophy or standard of what good product looks like.
I am not your typical consultant.
What I am is a fully human woman who is kick-ass at problem-solving, who has a knack for honing in on the real opportunities and challenges your team is having. I know how to quickly forge the trust and rapport to be a real member of your team - not just the "expert" who swoops in, dumps a bunch of jargon-y slides on your desk, and walks away.
I come with tons of experience and a track record of success. I'm no newbie to this, and I know how to make the magic happen.
And, I see you. I see you and your superpowers doing your best to navigate really complex challenges in figuring out how to make real and lasting change happen in your company. I see you digging in and doing your best to adopt agile product mindsets, and applying what you are learning along the way. I see you struggling when you know it could be better but just don't know how to get there.
The truth is your business is not like any other. The people, the culture, and the problems you're trying to solve are unique, and you need your solutions to be specific to you. There's no off-the-shelf guide to how to lead your teams through the transformation you're trying to achieve. (Because if there was, you'd have figured it out on your own, right?)
So now what?
So, if I've just described you and your company and you are curious about what it might mean to work together, let's do a test drive. My favorite thing to do with potential partners is to 'whiteboard' - it's an activity that allows you to empty your pockets and get all your frustration, ideas, concerns, and nagging feelings out on paper, and I can help you start to organize it all and sort out what the path forward might look like. As we work together, clarity emerges, and the path forward becomes more apparent.
This simple activity will give both of us a sense of whether we would make a good team.
What do you think?
I am not your typical consultant, and you are not a typical client. So the next time you find yourself stumped, anxious, or in need of a thought partner, give me a call, and let's sort through it together.
