Product coaching retainer. Ongoing work to develop, socialize, and codify product taxonomy and develop plans for growth stage start-up to scale product team and practice. Facilitated product visioning and product development process discovery workshops with cross-functional team members. Worked with product and engineering teams to create “Dispatch Way” of moving through agile software delivery lifecycle, from intake through post-release.
