Over the last few months, I've been talking to many executives of organizations of all sizes and industries about their digital transformations, and I'm definitely seeing some themes. Because here's the deal - the ways of working that got most companies to where they are today isn't what's going to get them to the next level of success and growth. We're in the middle of a fundamental change in how teams work and how innovation is manifested in meaningful ways for companies.
